GINOP Plus 1.4.3-24 has been published, „SME Technology Plus Loan Programme” which aims to support the technological modernisation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and to increase competitiveness through the financing of new equipment, ICT developments, renewable energy investments and real estate development.

Type of funding: Interest-free loan (0%) for investment purposes.

Financing amount: minimum HUF 5 million - maximum HUF 150 million. The amount may not exceed fifteen times the operating result of the financial year closed prior to the submission of the loan application. For start-ups, the maximum amount is HUF 25 million.

Who can apply: Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with their registered office, place of business or branch outside Budapest, Hungary.

Own source: The minimum eligible costs are 101TSEP3T, or 251TSEP3T for items of expenditure covered by regional investment aid.

Eligible costs: The project must include:

  • The purchase of new tangible fixed assets worth at least 30% of the total eligible costs.

It is also eligible for:

  • New ICT equipment (hardware, networking and telecommunications equipment) - within the purchase of tangible assets up to 40%
  • Purchase of a purely electric vehicle - within the purchase of fixed assets, up to 50% (max. 1 vehicle, according to the categories and price limits defined)
  • Renewable energy related project elements - up to 30% of total eligible costs
  • Construction costs (building, alteration, extension, renovation, modernisation) - up to 50% of total eligible costs
  • Purchase of intangible assets - up to 10% of total eligible costs
  • Purchase of supplies - up to 30% of total eligible costs
  • Other engineering and expert fees, consultancy costs
  • Training related costs
  • Costs related to quality, environmental and other management systems

The deadline for submitting applications is 31 December 2026.
